Terms of Service

By installing, authorizing, accessing, or using Wolf RPG, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your country and be legally permitted to use the Service. If you have not reached the age at which you may enter into a contract where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you.

While you follow these Terms, Wolf RPG gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Service for its intended entertainment purposes.

Except for content owned by Discord or other third parties, Wolf RPG's original software, game world, designs, text, artwork, audio, and other content may be protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to the Service operator or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.

Your character, progress, levels, gold, gems, gear, beast forms, and other virtual items are features of the game. They are not legal tender or financial instruments and cannot be redeemed for cash through Wolf RPG.

Game balance, rewards, item statistics, progression requirements, and saved progress may be changed to develop the game, fix errors, repair corrupted data, address exploits, or keep gameplay fair. Please report bugs through Feedback instead of exploiting them.

You may not use Wolf RPG to:

• Break applicable laws or violate another person's rights.
• Harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, or harm another person.
• Submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or privacy-invasive content.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate results, or use unauthorized automation.
• Buy, sell, or trade Wolf RPG accounts, progress, or virtual items for real money.
• Gamble or wager real money or anything of real-world value through the Service.
• Disrupt the Service, overload its systems, distribute malware, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Evade a suspension, restriction, or other safety measure.

You are responsible for content you submit through Wolf RPG, including feedback, links, and screenshots, and must have the right to share it. Wolf RPG may use submitted feedback to troubleshoot, protect, maintain, and improve the Service.

Your use of Wolf RPG must also follow Discord's Terms of Service↗, Discord's Community Guidelines↗, and any rules for the Discord server where you use the Service.

Discord's rules govern your use of the Discord platform. Discord may restrict or remove access to Wolf RPG independently of any action taken by us.

Wolf RPG is an evolving indie project. Features may be added, removed, paused, rebalanced, or redesigned. The Service may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, hosting issues, Discord outages, or changes to Discord's platform.

We do not promise that every feature will always remain available or that progress will never be lost. Where practical, we will try to preserve player data and communicate significant service changes.

Wolf RPG receives and stores information needed to provide the game. This may include your Discord account identifier and display name; character and progression data; inventory, equipment, quests, location, party or guild data; gameplay settings; interaction and technical records needed to operate or troubleshoot the Service; and feedback you choose to submit.

This information is used to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Wolf RPG. Discord separately handles information under Discord's Privacy Policy↗.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your Wolf RPG player data through the in-app Feedback option. Do not submit passwords, authentication tokens, financial information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through Wolf RPG.

Wolf RPG may offer experimental AI-generated answers through game-guide features. AI responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

AI responses do not control combat, rewards, player saves, or other game actions. Wolf RPG's actual game systems and displayed records remain authoritative. Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, safety, or other real-world professional advice.

You may stop using Wolf RPG at any time.

We may restrict, suspend, or end access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the Service, comply with law or Discord requirements, respond to security risks, or discontinue the Service. Access to saved progress and virtual items may be lost when use ends.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wolf RPG is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or Discord feature.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer protections, warranties, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of Wolf RPG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes loss of progress, virtual items, data, opportunity, or enjoyment caused by outages, errors, unauthorized access, Discord changes, or service changes.

This section does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

We may update these Terms as Wolf RPG changes or as legal and platform requirements develop. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page.

If required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent. Otherwise, continuing to use Wolf RPG after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
