Five steps into Luphera

Begin your adventure.

Discord slash commands open each part of the game. After that, buttons and menus keep the adventure moving in the same message.

    Open Wolf RPG

    Launch the Wolf RPG application from Discord. The adventure runs inside Discord, so there is nothing else to download.

  2. 02

    Create your shapeshifter

    Use /start and choose your first appearance. Your character, inventory, progress, quests, and location are saved between sessions.

  3. 03

    Follow First Howl

    Your opening quest begins in Moonvale Village and introduces the first steps of your journey through Luphera.

  4. 04

    Open your main menu

    Use /menu to reach Travel, Character, Inventory, Equipment, Quests, Town services, and the rest of the game.

  5. 05

    Search beyond the gates

    Travel to an unlocked region, then Search for enemies, rewards, story events, hidden dungeons, and Spirit Trials.

The adventure loop

Hunt. Adapt. Return stronger.

Most journeys begin in /menu or resume through /continue. Your choices, current battle, and adventure state remain tied to your character.

    Travel

    Choose a destination from your Travel map. Every region has its own enemies, events, rewards, dungeon, and secrets.

  2. 2

    Search

    Spend Energy to search the current region. A search can uncover a battle, a branching adventure, treasure, or a dangerous path deeper into Luphera.

  3. 3

    Fight

    Choose abilities, watch turn order, exploit status effects, transform when the moment is right, and adapt to the enemy in front of you.

  4. 4

    Return stronger

    Victories award progression and loot. Compare equipment, learn abilities, improve mastery, and prepare for the next hunt.

When battle finds you

Read the field before you strike.

Wolf RPG uses turn-based combat. Your battle card shows the fighters, health, status effects, and the choices available on your turn.

Choose an ability

Open the Ability controls, check costs and cooldowns, then choose the action that fits the current enemy.

Watch status effects

Conditions, resistances, buffs, and debuffs can change which attack or defensive choice is strongest.

Transform with purpose

Beast Forms bring their own strengths and abilities. Transform when their identity answers the danger in front of you.

Prepare between hunts

Review new loot, equipment, abilities, healing, and quests before walking into the next battle or dungeon floor.

Grow your legend

Progress follows the way you play.

Your character grows through combat mastery, equipment, exploration, quests, and the Beast Forms you earn.

Weapons and abilities

Using a weapon builds its shared Weapon Mastery. Learn active abilities, shape a combat build, and grow stronger through the tools you actually wield.

Equipment and runes

Collect weapons, armor, accessories, Legendary sets, and Uniques. Compare gear carefully, then use the Forge to work with runes, sockets, and materials.

Sixteen Beast Forms

Discover Spirit Trials, face their guardians, and unlock new transformations. Each form levels independently and carries its own identity into battle.

Quests and the world

Complete authored quests, explore new regions, discover dungeons, and follow the stories hidden throughout Luphera.

Do not hunt alone

Form a Pack of up to three players.

Use /party to invite another hunter, accept an invitation, or manage your Pack. Pack adventures share the same encounter while each participating character keeps their own progression and rewards. Coordinate abilities, protect wounded allies, and face battles built for a group.

Advice for a new hunter

Carry these truths into the wild.

  • Follow First Howl. The opening quest is the safest path through your first systems and rewards.
  • Compare before equipping. Item level matters, but weapon identity, fixed stats, and effects can matter more.
  • Use /continue when a screen expires. You do not need to restart the adventure just because old buttons timed out.
  • Prepare before a dungeon. Check health, gear, abilities, and your Pack before committing to deeper floors.
  • Explore at your own pace. Your character is persistent; every session can be one hunt or an entire journey.
